General Terms of Service
1 - Formation of the contract
Any order implies that the buyer has read and accepted these terms and conditions. A sales contract is only finalized after the seller accepts the buyer's order. These general terms of sale govern the relationship between both parties.
The claimant may choose to bring an action before the court of the place where the defendant resides, the court of the place of actual delivery of the item, or the court of the place where the service was performed.
These conditions apply only to natural persons who are not acting as traders within the meaning of the Consumer Code and who are acting for their personal needs.
The contract is concluded in the French language and is subject to French law.
2 - Orders

3 - Delivery and Returns
Delivery
Products sold on MediaMeca are digital files (PDF) sent after purchase via secure transfer or on other digital media: CD-ROM, DVD, USB key, or SD card.

❗ Delivery issues
If the file is not received, the customer must check their Spam / Junk mail folder or contact customer support at mediameca@yahoo.com or the hotline at +33 6.86.66.51.83 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Paris time).
The customer is responsible for the validation of their email address.
Returns and Refunds
🚫 No returns or refunds are possible for digital files, in accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code (regarding digital content not provided on a physical medium once performance has begun).
⚠️ Exception: In the case of a defective or unreadable file, the customer may contact customer service to obtain a new version of the file.
4 - Price and Payment Conditions
Prices are expressed in Euros and payment is required in full at the time of order.
💰 The price indicated on the site is the final price, expressed including VAT (all taxes included).
✅ Secure payment via credit card or PayPlug.
5 - Warranty
The files provided are guaranteed to be free of technical defects.
📌 In case of a technical problem (unreadable or damaged file), the customer may request a new delivery by contacting mediameca@yahoo.com or the telephone hotline.
🚫 No other warranty is applicable to digital products.

7 - Personal Information
In accordance with the "Informatique et Libertés" law of January 6, 1978, modified by the law of August 6, 2004, the Customer has a right to access, modify, rectify, and delete their personal data.

🔒 Confidentiality Commitment: MediaMeca will not transfer your personal information to third parties, whether free of charge or for a fee.
📌 In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, we inform you that your responses to the site's forms are optional, and that your failure to respond will not result in any particular consequences.
🌐 Online Service: The User acknowledges that service interruptions may occur and that they cannot be attributed to MediaMeca. MediaMeca commits, however, to implementing all possible means to guarantee service continuity.
