General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The rules governing your purchases and the use of our digital services.
1 - Contract Formation
Any order implies the buyer's knowledge and acceptance of these terms and conditions. A sales contract is therefore only finalized after acceptance by the seller of the buyer's order.
The claimant may choose to bring proceedings either before the court of the place where the defendant resides, the court of the place of actual delivery of the item, or the court of the place where the service was performed.
These terms and conditions only apply to natural persons who do not have the status of a merchant within the meaning of the Consumer Code and are acting for their personal needs.
The contract is concluded in French and is subject to French law.
2 - Orders

3 - Delivery and Returns
Delivery: Products sold on MediaMeca are primarily in PDF format (readable on PC, Mac, Tablets, and Smartphones). Certain specific products are delivered as CD-ROM images or PC software.
Delivery Time: Immediate upon payment validation.
Returns and Refunds: In accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, no returns or refunds are possible for digital files.
Exception: In case of a defective or unreadable file, a new shipment will be made upon request.
4 - Prices and Payment Terms
Prices are expressed in euros and payment is required in full upon ordering.
The price indicated on the site is the final price, expressed inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
Secure payment via credit card or PayPlug.
5 - Warranty
Provided files are guaranteed to be free of technical defects.
In the event of a technical problem (unreadable or damaged file), the customer may request a reshipment by contacting support by email or via the telephone hotline.
No other warranty is applicable to digital products.
6 - Disputes
Any dispute must be addressed through the following means:

7 - Personal Information
In accordance with the "Data Protection" law, you have a full right of access, modification, and deletion of your personal data.
