Delivery of your order

📧 Delivery method: All products sold on MediaMeca are digital files (PDF). They are provided within a maximum of 12 hours via a secure link after purchase.

✅ Delivery time: 12 hours maximum, once payment is validated.

📩 Receiving your files:

• A download link is sent by email following payment confirmation.
• Files can also be accessed directly from your customer account on our website.

⚠️ Delivery issue?

• Please check your Spam / Junk mail folder.
• If you haven't received your file, contact us at mediameca@yahoo.com.

🚫 No physical shipment will be made (no parcels, no shipping fees).

Returns and Refunds

🚫 No returns or refunds are possible for digital files, in accordance with international consumer laws regarding digital content (no right of withdrawal for immediate downloads).

📌 Exception: In the event of a defective or unreadable file, the customer may request a new link by contacting mediameca@yahoo.com.
