The web talks about it:

It's difficult to place a single label on the 2014 Nissan Cube, even though there are more and more segments
on the market every year. It's not quite a wagon or a crossover, but...almost?
It's not quite a pickup truck either. He is certainly eccentric at heart,
and within these eccentric limits it is unsurpassed in style and packaging.
The devil is in the details - or in this case, the charm is - and while the Cube might as well be
confused with a washer or refrigerator on wheels, we encourage you to take a closer look
the asymmetry of the windows, the beveled window frames and flared sheet metal, and it's anything but simple.
Pair all that with Cube's low-slung aero work, and you're looking at a car with a bit more
style that the Scion xB never really developed. Inside, the Cube can seem a little over-the-top with
its corrugated roof, its shaggy dashboard accessory and its "Casual Lounge" theme.
But it's functional and it's fun.
The Cube's biggest flaw lies in its driving dynamics. Despite its low center of gravity and its
automotive platform, it's not as sporty as you'd expect - in fact, it really doesn't have
lots of personality. A 1.8-liter four-cylinder produces 122 horsepower and drives the front wheels.
With the six-speed manual or continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT),
the Cube can move quite quickly, but it's not a sports car at all,
or the type of vehicle you throw around the corners.
On the plus side, the Cube's ride comfort is even better than some of the nicer sedans
and crossovers of the economy market. What there is - and this is probably not surprising - is that
it's a bit of wind noise at highway speeds. Otherwise, the interior materials betray the price
less than $20,000 of the Cube, although all the styling touches will probably distract you from it for
a while.
The seats are one of the Cube's strengths, but the cargo space may leave you wanting more.
The 2014 Nissan Cube has more room for people than you might think from the outside,
but if you need versatility, and to sometimes maximize space for larger items,
you can do much better. The seats in the front are much better than the ones you get on
the Versa or the Sentra - and of course a little higher - provided you don't corner so hard,
because there is no significant lateral reinforcement. The rear seat has enough space for two adults
(maybe three, tight), and it slides back and forth and tilts as well - but not all the way.
Where you run into trouble is with larger cargo, as the seatback doesn't fold down
simply forward or flat.
