If you think "big" and "diesel" are the two characteristics that predict a truck will have a
noisy and harsh driving, the Ram 3500 Turbo Diesel will be a pleasant surprise. He is also silent
as possible inside the cabin and the truck takes you down the highway in smooth comfort.
The Ram 3500 is powered by a 5.9-liter Cummins Turbo Diesel 6-cylinder engine developing 325 hp and
610 ft. lbs. of torque. Its 4-speed automatic transmission has a convenient trailer mode setting for
help minimize the annoying up and down shifts that occur when you pull something
thing behind you - a feature I would use very often.

One look at the Ram 3500 tells you it's a work truck - its muscular body lines,
its big wheels and tires, heavy-duty rear springs, and high ground clearance are all giveaways
immediate. It's not hard to imagine the truck bed filled with tools and supplies - or a
trailer hooked to its hitch - but the Ram 3500 Quad Cab Turbo goes well beyond functionality to
pull dual-purpose like a truck that can move two rows of passengers in pretty decent comfort.

The Ram's paint finish and chrome trim are as good as you'll see on any
what a mid to high end car. And speaking of chrome, there's a lot of it, on the massive grille,
the aluminum wheels, the side moldings and the multiple emblems.

Head to the front of the truck and you will see a pair of heavy-duty towing eyes that will be
useful for shooting (or being shot). A glance at the rear of the Dodge Ram reveals the rigid bedliner

you tow. Go up and close the door - it clicks into place with a solid thud that leaves no doubt
